Return & Refund Policy 14 Aces Wild Last updated: April 2026

At 14 Aces Wild, we stand behind our custom printed products. Because these are made-to-order through third-party vendors, we have clear rules to protect both you and us.

Return Windows

  • Apparel (T-shirts, hoodies, etc.): 30 days from delivery
  • Mugs: 14 days from delivery
  • Canvas Artwork: 14 days from delivery

What Qualifies Only manufacturing defects: wrong design printed, major print failure, item arrives damaged, or incorrect item shipped.

What Does NOT Qualify

  • Buyer’s remorse or changed mind
  • Wrong size or color choice
  • “Doesn’t match my decor” or screen color differences
  • Worn, washed, used, or tags removed items
  • Damage caused after delivery
  • Sale/clearance items (final sale)

Refund Types

  • Defects (our/vendor error): Full refund or free replacement.
  • Non-defect returns: Store credit only (minus original shipping).

Return Process

  1. Email 14AcesWild@gmail.com within the return window with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  2. We review and coordinate with the vendor (usually within 48 hours).
  3. If approved, you’ll receive return instructions and the correct shipping address.
  4. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless it’s a vendor error.
  5. Once the vendor receives and inspects the item, we process the refund or credit.

Processing Time

  • Refunds: 5–7 business days after vendor receives the item.
  • Store credit: Issued immediately upon approval.

Important Notes

  • All canvas artwork and custom prints are final sale except for proven manufacturing defects.
  • Photos are required for every claim — no exceptions.
  • Items must be returned in original packaging and sellable condition.
  • We do not accept returns on opened or used mugs.
  • International customers pay all return shipping and customs fees.
