Since our products are made to order, each item is produced by our third-party vendors after you place your order. This process typically takes, 2-5 business days before your order is handed over to the shipping carrier. Production times may vary depending on the product, vendor, and order volume.

  • Production Time: Each product is custom-made by our vendors. Please allow 2-5 business days for production before shipping begins.

  • High-Volume Periods: During peak seasons (e.g., holidays), production times may be slightly longer. We recommend ordering early to account for potential delays.

2. Shipping Times

Once production is complete, our vendors will ship your order directly to you. Shipping times depend on your location, the vendor’s location, and the shipping method selected at checkout.

  • Domestic Shipping (United States): Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days after production.

  • International Shipping: Estimated delivery within, 7-21 business days after production, depending on the destination and customs processing.

  • Vendor Locations: Our vendors are located in many different regions around the world, United States, Europe, Asia. The shipping origin depends on the product and vendor, which may affect delivery times.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, carrier issues, or customs processing for international orders.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • The weight and dimensions of your order.

  • The shipping destination.

  • The vendor fulfilling your order.

As a Print on Demand store, we rely on our third-party vendors to produce and ship your orders. Each vendor may have different production facilities, shipping carriers, and delivery timelines. We carefully select vendors to ensure quality and reliability, but we are not responsible for delays or issues caused by the vendor or carrier.

8. Order Changes or Cancellations

We can only process changes or cancellations before production begins. Once production starts, orders cannot be modified or canceled.
